Check-in & access
When can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM.
How does check-in work?
Three days before arrival, guests receive an automatic invitation to complete online check-in via our website. You’ll provide essential information (address, phone, email) and upload a valid ID, passport, or driver’s license. Tourist tax payment is also completed at this stage.
How do I access the apartment?
Access is via the Tapkey app. Please download the app, enable Bluetooth, and use the email address provided in the check-in form to unlock the apartment.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in and late check-out are free when possible, depending on availability. If not possible, luggage storage is available inside the apartment during cleaning or elsewhere in the building.
Can I get in-person assistance?
Yes, upon request, we gladly assist in person.
Parking
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer private underground parking 80 meters from the apartment entrance.
Reservation and access
Parking offers unlimited in/out access and must be reserved prior to arrival at www.botaniquesuites.be. Access is via a badge, height limit 2.10 m, and EV charging is available.
Public parking options
Nearby public car parks include Arenberg and Nationale Bank.
Breakfast
Is breakfast included?
We offer a “breakfast to go” from one of Antwerp’s best bakeries, delivered directly to your apartment.
Options & cost
Vegetarian options are available. The cost is €30 per guest per day.

Reservations must be made by 1:00 PM the day before via www.botaniquesuites.be.
Payment & cancellation
How do I pay?
Payments are securely processed via 3D Secure through Stripe. For direct bookings, payment is taken 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
Bookings are non-refundable within 14 days of check-in. However, if a cancellation occurs and another guest books for the same period and rate, a corresponding refund is provided.

We provide a crib and baby set upon reservation. Each set includes:

Pets
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome and free of charge, but only upon request. We love all animals, but some apartments may be unsuitable for certain pets. Please confirm with the host before bringing your pet.
